These list building tips are essential to making an income online. Why is list building the foundation to online success? Because a list that is nurtured and managed becomes a huge asset to any online marketer. A list serves as two purposes, it:

1. Allows you to market over and over again to your prospects
2. It becomes a great asset for you

Let’s look at these two List Building Tips in greater detail.

Continuous Marketing

It’s a well know marketing fact that it takes on average seven interactions with a prospect before they will open their wallet and spend money with you.

If you have not captured your prospect’s information, and thus added them to your list, then you cannot contact them repeatedly, build relationships with them, nor market to them.

Since it takes on average seven interactions, AND you they must to get to know you, like you and trust you, then the likelihood of sales is dismal.

So you want to build your list and then treat your list well – nurture it. Provide value, have those seven interactions, and then hit them with an unbeatable value proposition. And you will get sales. Not only will you get sales, but your list will become like an automated cash machine… literally like an ATM. That brings us to the next point.

List Building Becomes A Great Asset

If you are not building a list of your own, then you are building someone else’s business. A serious business owner MUST build their own list.

The money of any business is in the list, even for an offline, brick-and-mortar business. A list is simply a collection of customers and prospects who are interested in what you have to offer. At the end of the day, a business is worth the customer base that you have built up.

You will see that the bigger and better qualified your list, the increased ability you will have to generate cash on demand – with a single click of the mouse. Hear about a new offer or product launch? Have researched it yourself and would recommend it? A single broadcast to your list will generate you sales.

Communicating With Your List

As you add prospects to your list, you need to communicate with them. You want to provide useful information more than sales offers.

It may seem overwhelming, but the use of an autoresponder software tool will make that task much easier.

An autoresponder is simply a software program that stores your series of communications that you would like your brand new prospects to receive. It is a software system that allows you to preload a series of emails for your prospects to receive.

An autoresponder tool allows you to schedule the delivery of the emails. When a new prospect opts in, they begin with Day 1, no matter how many other prospects are on Day 2 or Day 3, etc… making your list building a much easier task.

If you are looking for a six or seven income with your home business, I can tell you right now you better bring your Top Tier Direct Sales program into your sales funnel. If you are just looking to make some extra cash you know few hundred box a month maybe you have your product paid for and your primary MLM, then by all means just focus on your MLM and this affiliate sales in order to have a sell funded proposal which will allow you to earn some extra income to pay for advertising and into invest in your business, maybe you can grow your primary MLM quicker. If you do not understand what an affiliate sales means please visit my other videos because I going to that into in great detail. Now, let’s go back to the point of this video and that is a full time income and plus effect with what you are looking for then you can do it with your traditional MLM, but it’s going to take you one to two years of with very hard work and dedication. And no one’s afraid of very hard work here because honestly all of these take hard works. But what I am trying to get you to understand is that to get you a full time income and the six and seven figure earners in this industry are offering a direct sales program as well as their primary traditional MLM. What I mean by direct sales program is a company that when you make a product sale when you enroll somebody into your program, you will make an upfront commission of them and this is going to be a large commission, this is not the standard 50 box that you might earn by bringing someone into your mo na be business or dream wiser, anyone of this traditional companies. What I am talking about is the Top Tier Program, so that if you make a sale, you make a large commission. And the one I’m involved in Global Resorts Network, I get a thousand dollar commission for every sale that I make. And then for every sale that somebody makes in my front line, I get another thousand dollar commission. This is a way to really ramp up your income quickly by getting involve in the top two direct sales programs. This particular program I mean is beautiful because it also has residual income component, but the main point here is that it that has initial upfront direct sales earnings that allow you to quickly ramp up your income. Now I hardly believed and belonged term residual MLM because you can really, in the long run build up quite a large income cheque with that as well, that is going to take longer. And the marketing methods that you use for both of these are different and they compliment each other very well so that you can offer people one or the other. Because it is not everybody who is going to buy to a top tier program, it is a lot more expensive than a traditional program, but the return is much better. Low and behold, this came across my Inbox today… on a day that I was feeling very sorry for myself and very angry and sad. Things were happening (life happens) and I cried for hours, something I normally do not do. I am an over achiever and have a mind that saying keep moving forward.

At 11:00 PM, I finally decided to get out of bed and do something constructive.

I got on my computer (because that is one of the things I love doing) and I opened this email from a friend. It was an email that I had received earlier today, but did not take the time to watch.

Boy, did this put things into perspective.

What I take from this, is that life is what you make of it, no matter how the cards are dealt. Nick says, “It’s a lie to believe that you’re not good enough.”

So many people think that they have no value, no purpose, or no direction.  They are angry at their circumstances or situations.  But you are highly valuable, and you are good enough.  You can achieve, and be and have anything you want.

Nick Vujicic is truly an inspiration, and I am grateful to have received this gift of seeing how he chose to live his life, and watching him talk to those girls.
