What Is Xocai and How Does It Fit Into Network Marketing Xocai Network Marketing Program?
So you are taking a look at Xocai, and are looking for more information. I want share with you what I know about Xocai. I am not promoting the company or the product, although, I am the user of the product I think it is a great product. I just want you to define Xocai for you.
Xocai is a network marketing company that sells a product a line of healthy chocolate. The chocolate is cold pressed instead of heated when it’s processed. The cold pressed allows it to retain a high percentage of its nutritious value. Xocai chocolate has a very high ORAC value.
Instead of putting the product into stores on shelves, Xocai has chosen to use network marketing as a distribution model. Network marketing is basically a word of mouth referral-based marketing method where the people who do the referring get compensated for it.
It’s a beautiful business model, because the money goes to individuals and small business owners instead of large chains of stores. I am in networking myself, although, not with Xocai. I just want to help you learn about Xocai.
When you join as a distributor, you are required to use the product yourself. You are required to required to buy the product month after month, and in order to receive commissions, you have to be on auto-ship. And as you refer this product to other people and you bring in business builders into the business into your down line the company will compensate you.
Now, Xocai is more of a traditional network marketing company. What I mean by traditional is that the fees for becoming a distributor or a customer that receives a discounted retail price, include a one-time or annual up front fee plus a recurring monthly fee for the auto-ship. And you try to bring other people into the down line that do the same thing.
Compare this to direct sales, which is also network marketing. The business model is different in that you pay one-time fee up front for whatever product or membership or a service the company is selling. Then you sell that product to others and if they are sell the product to others, you will get compensated for your efforts and theirs.
With direct sales you don’t pay again. There is no auto ship and there is no shipping of a product or consuming or buying product every month. That makes it very different from traditional MLM.
With traditional MLM you have to plan on spending several years working the business very hard. You need to be talking to people everyday because you need to be recruiting on a preferably daily basis but if not a weekly basis to really get ahead to cover your auto ship cost and to get to the point where your earn is significant monthly income.
But if you put that effort in and build a downline of loyal customers and business builders, then the benefit of traditional MLM is that you can build up to a nice monthly residual income check. Some direct sales opportunities also have a residual income component, however, it is not based on monthly consumption of product.
Plan on several years to build up to a large monthly income. You need to be talking people everyday to build any network marketing business like Xocai.
