I used to be terrified of follow-up calls. If you think those are bad, though, then try cold calling!
Follow-up calls are a breeze when you have the correct mindset. First, remember that these prospects have REQUESTED information from you. It is NOt a cold call, an unsolicited call, or spam.
I call all the phone numbers that I had been given by my new subscribers. Here’s another tip for making these calls successful and less intimidating.
What made it easier for me was to just keep the mindset that all I am doing is letting them know that there IS a live person at the end of these emails. No pressure, no selling. And they are free to call me if they have questions. I even said, I won’t be calling you again… just wanted to let you know that there IS a live person…
And to my surprise, a guy I called in the UK was so impressed that I had called! He said that he was about to call me, and said that he’d been watching all my videos, and feels that I am genuine and he wished he had joined my team (is in Xocai). He may come around eventually and join me in Genewize in order to gain access to the training.
Best thing is to just do it! You’ll feel more comfortable the more calls you make.
